ISRO Inks 75 Technology Transfer Agreements with Private Companies
New Delhi: ISRO, In-Space and NewsSpace India Ltd (NSIL) signed a total of 75 Technology Transfer Agreements (TTAs) with private companies. As part of India’s ongoing space reforms, on September 20, 2024, five new TTAs were added with companies such as Anabond Ltd and Salvo Industries Pvt. Micropack Pvt. Ltd. and Astra Microwave. Products Ltd. brings the total number of contracts to 75.
These TTAs provide private companies with access to space technology developed by ISRO, enabling commercial use in industries such as space exploration, agriculture, energy, infrastructure and telecommunications.
